Lemon: Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and add it to a cup of black tea. Sip it while it is hot. Do not discard the lemon peel and grind it to a fine paste using mortar. Apply this paste on your forehead.
Apple: Cut and apple and sprinkle some salt over it. Eat it daily with breakfast and see the difference it makes to your headache in 8 days.
Cinnamon: The paste of cinnamon mixed with water when applied on the forehead provides relief from headache due to cold.
